Starting Over

Im starting over on my diet and exercise kick and this time Im gonna stick to it, Im gonna weigh myself for the 1st time since I started again, I started on Thursday Jan. 16th but anyway Im gonna weight myself on Sunday Feb. 9th, Im looking forward to doing it. I hope I will have lost quite a bit especially since I've started walking 3 times a day for 45 mins each time and Im also cutting back on my eating and gonna wait to eat until my stomach starts making noises so I dont keep over eating when Im just bored, Thats a big problem for me is eating when Im bored or eating when Im on the computer or watching t.v. So if I wait until my stomach tells me Im hungry that should help me not to over eat.
